Is amazes me when I read how good intentions go so terribly wrong ! I understand the concept one day we will run out of fossil fuel. We need options. Just read this article & check the math. This is insane . I've spent the majority of my working life in the construction business & hate to see tax payers SCREWED & homeowners with any sense would walk away from these options. how many people would spend $10,000.00 to save $300.00 a year ?
What nobody seems to get is great we save energy - guess what power companies still have to take in money to cover their bills-we use less they will just charge more. So where is the savings ?????
